It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they think will solve all their problems. Denis Leary and Ray Romano appeared in the Ice Age franchise (2002–present). 39; it’s a shame the low ratings come from people who "only watched 2 episodes" . It’s actually a slow burn, but if you stick with it, you won’t regret it. Yes, there’s a lot going on at once, but it all comes together in the end…there were a few tears. The talent alone is impressive! From Dennis Leary to the crazy ALICE (Linda Lavin), there are some serious names! And a note to those who have a problem with 1 lesbian couple and more ethnicities than whites on the show… Welcome to what life really is.. this was absolutely not over the top and those who thought this was necessary need to look inside and ask why..
